We use your information solely to create and deliver your wedding invitation. Your email address is used to send you the finished invitation and any follow-up communication related to your order. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
Photos and personal content
Photos and personal details you share with us are used exclusively for your invitation design. We do not publish, sell, or share your photos with any third party. Files are deleted from our working storage within 90 days of your order being delivered.
Data sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may use trusted tools (such as Google Forms and Google Drive) solely to collect and process your order information. These services operate under their own privacy policies.
Data retention
We retain your order information (name, email, wedding details) for up to 12 months after delivery to handle any edit requests. After that period, your data is deleted. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
Cookies
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, and Meta Pixel (Facebook) to measure ad effectiveness. Both involve cookies that collect anonymised usage data. These are only activated after you explicitly accept via the consent banner shown on your first visit. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies. We do not sell your data.
